本行為協助客戶避免遭詐騙導致損失，自即日起，客戶可向本行申請「指定聯絡人通知服務」（下稱本服務），本服務申請後，凡客戶於本行指定交易通路辦理臺幣定存中途解約、臺幣提領、轉帳或國內匯款達一定金額者，或本行於受理交易時發覺其他疑慮或異常時，本行即可依客戶事先與本行之約定向指定聯絡人進行通知。
