Credit Card Application Guide 申請條件

Note:1.No supplementary cards will be issued under a Student Card.2.If the supplementary card applicant is under 18 years of age, the application must be co-signed by his / her legal representative (i.e. parent / guardian).3.The applicant of a dual-currency card must provide his / her foreign currency debit account number in the application; the application will be denied if the foreign currency account information is not provided or incorrectly provided.
附註：1.學生卡名下不得申請附卡。2.附卡若未滿18歲須法定代理(即父母/監護人)共同簽名同意。3.申請雙幣卡需填寫正卡人於本行之外幣扣款帳號，若未填寫或填寫不正確將無法核卡。

Required documents 必備文件

Photocopies of front and back of ID Card of both the principal and supplementary card applicants.
正卡及附卡申請人之身分證正反面影本。

Proofs of financial capacity,e.g. photocopy of pay slip/passbook showing salary payment in the past three months, current deposit passbook activities in the past three months, or tax withholding statement for the past year.
財力證明文件如近三個月之薪資證明/撥薪存摺、近三個月活儲存摺、近一年扣繳憑單等影本。

Foreigners should provide in addition photocopies of front and back of resident permit and photocopy of passport.
外籍人士請另備居留證正反面影本及護照影本。

College/university students should provide photocopies of student ID and front and back of ID Card, and in addition, proofs of financial capacity. (A student applicant should have an annual income of NT$100,000 or more).
大專院校學生除需附上學生證及身分證正反面影本外，另需檢附財力證明文件。(學生年收入需10萬元以上)

Note: Matters not provided here will be governed by CTBC Guidelines for Credit Extension to Individual Credit Card Holders.
