Credit Card Application Guide 申請條件

Note:1. If the primary cardholder is a student, they are not eligible to apply for a supplementary card. 2. If the supplementary cardholder is under 18 years of age, the application must be co-signed and approved by their legal representative (i.e., parent or guardian). 3. Applicants for a dual-currency card must provide the primary cardholder’s foreign currency debit account held with our bank. Failure to provide such information, or if the information provided is incorrect, will result in the application being declined.
附註：1.正卡人為學生時，不能加辦附卡給親友。2.附卡人未滿18歲須法定代理人(即父母/監護人)共同簽名同意。3.申請雙幣卡需填寫正卡人於本行之外幣扣款帳號，未填寫或填寫不正確將無法核卡。

Required documents 必備文件

Photocopies of front and back of ID Card of both the principal and supplementary card applicants.
正卡及附卡申請人之身分證正反面影本。

Proofs of financial capacity,e.g. photocopy of pay slip/passbook showing salary payment in the past three months, current deposit passbook activities in the past three months, or tax withholding statement for the past year.
財力證明文件如近三個月之薪資證明/撥薪存摺、近三個月活儲存摺、近一年扣繳憑單等影本。

Foreigners should provide in addition photocopies of front and back of resident permit.
外籍人士請另備居留證正反面影本。

Note: Matters not provided here will be governed by CTBC Guidelines for Credit Extension to Individual Credit Card Holders.
