Credit Card Application Guide 申請條件

Note:1.Cardholders with student status are not eligible to apply for a supplementary card. 2.If the supplementary card applicant is under 18 years of age, the application must be co-signed by his / her legal representative(i.e. parent / guardian). 3.The applicant of a dual-currency card must provide his / her foreign currency debit account number in the application; the application will be denied if the foreign currency account information is not provided or incorrectly provided.
附註：1.持卡人身分為學生時，不能申請附卡。2.附卡若未滿18歲須法定代理(即父母/監護人)共同簽名同意。3.申請雙幣卡需填寫正卡人於本行之外幣扣款帳號，若未填寫或填寫不正確將無法核卡。

Required documents 必備文件

Photocopies of front and back of ID Card of both the principal and supplementary card applicants.
正卡及附卡申請人之身分證正反面影本。

Proofs of financial capacity,e.g. photocopy of pay slip/passbook showing salary payment in the past three months, current deposit passbook activities in the past three months, or tax withholding statement for the past year.
財力證明文件如近三個月之薪資證明/撥薪存摺、近三個月活儲存摺、近一年扣繳憑單等影本。

Foreigners should provide in addition photocopies of front and back of resident permit and photocopy of passport.
外籍人士請另備居留證正反面影本及護照影本。

College/university students should provide front and back of ID Card, and in addition, proofs of financial capacity. (A student applicant should have an annual income of NT$100,000 or more).
大專院校學生除需附上身分證正反面影本外，另需檢附財力證明文件。(學生年收入需10萬元以上)

Note: Matters not provided here will be governed by CTBC Guidelines for Credit Extension to Individual Credit Card Holders.
附註：其他不足部份悉依本行「信用卡個人戶授信準則」之規定辦理。
