RBI advisory against fictitious offers / lottery winnings / cheap funds offers

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued a notification, cautioning customers, banks and public at large about fraudulent offers, lottery winnings and cheap funds offers from abroad. Please refer to the enclosed RBI circulars for detailed information on the same.
